In 2024, I'm celebrating my 10th year of participation in the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. When I first joined this event, I didn't know just how important the message that is carried here would become for me and for my contemporaries!

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of the Movember Foundation.

I'm asking you to support my efforts to raise funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can and to help the men we love live happier and healthier lives.
