I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

I've joined the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in Wollongong this year.

As many of you know, mental health is close to my heart both personally and professionally. The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride partners with Movember to raise funds and awareness for men's mental health and prostate cancer.

The ride is global and takes place on Sunday 19 May across 161 countries, with over 50,000 riders.

I'm just one of those riders and I aim to raise $2500 to help improve the lives of others.
