I suppose you're asking why the hell does Dave do this every year? I've only supported two charities in my entire life, March of Dimes when I was younger, and now the Distinguished Gentlemens ride. My reasons are my own, but I will say I appreciate the DGR bringing awareness to not only mens physical health, but the mental health as well. Us dudes put things off too often, and hold things in, avoid the hard discussions, all while taking on mountainous mental burdens, which many (including our loved ones) have no idea about. We dudes make mistakes we feel we can never recover from, while holding in the need to ever talk about it, which eventually turns to salt. Current events certainly don't help matters either, especially for our generation, which just adds to the mountain. I could go on, but I don't wanna talk about it, just donate (you cheap bastards:)

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Wednesday 27th Mar 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
