I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Please take a minute to read on and consider my request. Cancer has affected my family and friends many times: Breast cancer  Prostate Cancer, Brain Cancer and Bone Cancer. Fortuantely most are now survivors, some are still fighting bravely. My Brother was saved by the use of cutting edge nano-robot technology, had it not been for this type of treatment, I wouldn't have him in my life still today. Before him his wife battled and survived, before this kind of technology even existed. When my best friend and riding partner was stricken I couldn't be there for her, fortunatley she is a survivor, but the near miss and inability to be present to support her galvanized my comittment to do something every year to raise awareness. A tremendous business colleague whom I admired greatly had to make a hard choice between his family and his survival, over his successful business to undergo one of the most painful cancer treatments of all. Thanks to an incredibly well skilled and funded team, he too is bravley fighting on with the support of his family and people like you who take the time to make a difference. Your support helps fund research and generate needed revenue, so that people everywhere have a greater chance, like my Brother, to be saved by new research and technologies partially paid for by organizations like this one . Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
