Getting ready for the 2024 DGR!

Hello Friends and Family,

You might have heard that I’m fundraising in support of the Movember Foundation via the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride and Rally taking place on Sunday May 19st.

The DGR is a great event and great fun but the purpose behind the fundraising effort is serious and significant to me personally.

In addition to personally suffering from depression at times in my own life, three years ago my younger brother Steven took his own life.

The Movember Foundation funds Prostate Cancer Research and many Men's Mental Health initiatives.

I’m encouraged by the support I’ve already received over the years, but even a small donation of 5$, $10, or $20 can make a difference. With your help I have raised over a $2900 in five years in small donations.

You can even contribute anonymously to a random person around the globe! Almost 110,000 riders this years will be participating in over 600 cities around the world.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Wednesday 8th May 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
