Our first DGR

Hello all!

Quick introductions myself and my partner Fateha will be participating in our first ever DGR. We are very excited to be able to hope to contribute by raising funds for men's mental health. I have always been a keen rider having travelled to countries around the world and opting to ride as my commute, whether in the big city or out the great countryside.

January this year also marked our 10th year living and working in Australia, having moved over from Singapore where we were raised. Lovely and friendly people everywhere and currently residing in Sale, a small country town in regional Victoria, about 250kms from Melbourne airport. 

We will joining the riding group in Mornington Peninsula which is also the inaugural ride this year. We absolutely enjoy the roads and scenery down this part of the state and will be very much looking forward to the ride. It's time to ride dapper! 

 

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Tuesday 26th Mar 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
