Well I'm finally doing the gentleman's ride after a few years of saying I'd get involved.
Those who know me know that my family and I have been affected by cancer. Losing both my Sister (ovarian) and my Father (prostate) to cancer.
I always do something more physical (cycling, jogging, walking, swimming) to raise money and awareness but since my football injury and first operation last August I've not been able to do any physical activity to raise anything.
So now I've got my suit readjusted for age not weight I'm jumping on my bike and getting involved.
Bare with me as I'm still slightly immobile due to my foot but I'm training my foot to be able to go up and down through the gears again without any pain.
keep popping your head in here for further updates and more of me moaning about my football injury and not being able to show Arne Slot what he's missing out on.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Tuesday 25th Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
