I get it…

Look I get it. We hate talking about our health. Especially our mental health. As men we have societal expectations, as well as our own engrained beliefs, about discussing these things. Instead of talking, we rely on self-deprecating humor or memes but never really get below the surface of the issue. Social media tells us times have changed, and that men's mental health matters, but we still fear the judgement of friends and family who might not get it. Or we might not know healthy outlets, like turning to God or hobbies or exercise. 

I've wanted to do the Gentleman's Ride for a while, mostly because I wanted to look dapper AF on a bike. But now knowing that the ride benefits men's mental health, I want to raise money for all my friends and family who have struggled, with any health condition, but felt like they had to do it alone.
