I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Let's ride! On Sunday, May 19th, 2024, I'm hopping on my bike for The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, joining riders of all genders worldwide. We're raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health through Movember.

Here's the deal: Men kick the bucket six years earlier than women, mainly for reasons we can prevent. But the number of guys struggling is going up, and it's time to step in.
