I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

As some of you reading this will know, I have been living with Prostate Cancer for over 12 years now.

I am one of the lucky ones, whose prognosis is good.

1 in 8 men will get Prostate Cancer. If you are over 50, or your black, or your dad or brother had it, you are at even higher risk.

Prostate Cancer isn't alway's life threatening, But when it is, the earlier you catch it the more likely it is to be cured.

A couple of years ago, I thought it was about time I did something to give a little back if possible, for the care and support I have received over the years, not only to Prostate Cancer Charities, But also those involved in Mental Health Wellbeing.

I'm not up to running marathons, But I can ride a Motorcyle and apparently I scrub up pretty well too !!

So.............

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride again with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
