I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Thursday 16th May 2024On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I pull on my boots and jacket, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.

Enjoy your ride Dave it’s going to be fun , Darren Southwood killed him self last year up here and it’s been a terrible shock to my system. 35 years of friendship gone . I miss him all the time and I’m Always meeting people that I think o Dagwood would have loved them . Iv been struggling with depression for the last year as well and everything that’s happened in the last two years seems to be raising its head in different parts of my life .
