I'm taking part in "The Distinguished Gentleman's" Belfast Ride-out.

I'll be taking part in "The Distinguished Gentleman's Charity" fund raising Belfast ride-out, on Sunday the 19th of May 2024, it's a global event that last year seen 104,000 riders in 893 cities world wide and aims to be even larger this year, it will be raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons, the number of men that are suffering is growing and we need to do something about that, so I'm asking will you join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and help all the men you love, live happier and healthier lives.

The Belfast ride-out starts from St.Anne's Cathedral Gardens at 11am on Sunday the 19th of May 2024 if you would like to come along, it will travel out to Stormont via Stranmillis, before returning to the Bullitt Hotel in Belfast.
