Why the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride?

The DGR is not just about motorcycles, it’s about men’s well-being and mental health. As we face an ever-growing mental health crisis, especially among men, events like this stand as a beacon of support and solidarity. The ride’s mission is to raise funds for the Movember Foundation, which is dedicated to improving men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and supporting those suffering from cancer.

As I join this ride, I’m reminded of the importance of mental health in our lives. It’s often the unspoken burden many men carry, and it’s time to change that narrative. The DGR provides a platform to not only raise funds but also foster a conversation that can break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health struggles. I'm passionate about making a difference, and this is my way of contributing to that cause.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Friday 28th Mar 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
