Good News!

Friday 17th May 2024

Good news! My bike is out of the shop and ready for the ride. Thankfully I have a brother with a trailer who is willing to transport "Ernie" up to Grass Valley for me.

The plan is that I'll ride up on the Super Meteor 650 with another friend from my place in the central valley to Grass Valley on Saturday. Then I'll take the Classic 350 on the DGR and then ride the 650 back to my house on Sunday.

Hoping To Get

Saturday 11th May 2024

My 2023 Royal Enfield Classic 350 in Signals Marsh Gray (Nickname "Ernie") is in the shop waiting for a warranty swap of the speedometer. I was hoping to get it in time for the ride, but that would take some kind of a miracle before the DGR. Let's hope the dealership gets the part in the mail and they can do the swap in the next week! 

Otherwise, I'll be cruising on my 2024 Super Meteor ("Stella") for a more leisurely ride around Grass Valley.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Wednesday 1st May 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
