I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Wednesday 24th Apr 2024

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds & awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives. 

I realise I am not taking in multiple marathons (or even a single one) or running across Africa or scaling the 3 Peaks or swimming the channel. My idea of starting up a 2k to couch club, I have been advised is 2,000m too much running… So I will only be sitting on my ar$e riding my Harley with a load of other bikers and the biggest challenge is what dapper clothing to wear.

If you can find some change down the back of the sofa or in your car or even dig out those Drachma’s / Pesetas / Lira / Deutsche Marks / Guilders from those old holidays, please support me on my ride and making a donation to help fund men's health programs, and will help benefit men all over the world.
