Raising awareness for Prostate Cancer and Men's Mental Health

Men keep busy schedules and it's not uncommon to work so hard without a pause for self care. On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with hundreds of fellow men and women in Colorado to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. Early detection and awereness can make a life saving difference. Making that call to a friend and checking in can safe a life. Your support makes a difference!
