Distinguished Gentlemen Need Help Too

I was one of those guys, that has ridden close to the edge and was too proud to ask for help. I almost gave it all away and I am so glad someone called me out just when I needed it most. These days I am surrounded by family and, importantly, other distinguished gentlemen who understand the role we play in looking out for each other. I am lucky, but not everyone is.

I am doing the Distinguished Gentlemans Ride this year for two reasons. One, motorcycles have been part of my journey and two, because suicide by my brothers of this age continues to hit too close to home. 

I know my riding a motorcycle won't change the world, but it will help the world around me know that there are others who get it. And we can change the direction of someone in that world. 

Any help you can provide for the greater cause would be appreciated. But I dont care if you donate. I just want you to be a part of the conversation and check on your mates.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Saturday 4th May 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
