2024 DGR Here I Come 💫

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

✅ Prostate Cancer: Globally, prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men. Over 10 million men around the world are living with or beyond a prostate cancer diagnosis.

✅ Men's Mental Health: Globally, on average, we lose one man to suicide every minute of every day. That’s half a million men every year.

Through this event, I will be learning the challenges men are facing and how we can support the men in our lives.

Join me on this mission by raising funds and awareness for male charitable causes.
