On Sunday May 19, 2024, I will take part in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with other men and women from around the world to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women, and from causes that are largely preventable. The number of men suffering is growing and we must do something about it. So, before I iron my tweed and polish my shoes, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes, donating what you can to this important cause and helping the men we love live happier and healthier lives.
