I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Today the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. 
It's the second year that I have taken part in the event, this year we choose to head out to Penrith to do the ride up to Springwood. Despite a cool day and getting wet to start my day, it was another great event. Please help me to support a fantastic cause and make help men who can't find their voice to help themselves.
