I travel for men's health on the distinguished gentleman's journey

On Sunday, 19 May 2024, I will participate in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with other men and women worldwide to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health in the name of Movember. Men die, on average, six years earlier than women and, to a large extent, for preventable reasons. The number of men suffering is increasing, and we must do something about it. So before I iron my jacket and shine my boots, I ask you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can to this meaningful cause and helping the men we love live longer lives, happy and healthy.
