I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

The DGR is a ride in convoy dressed as you guessed it, a gentleman. None of the normal motorcycle protection other than a helmet. The event raises awareness for Movember who amongst other things do a sterling job for men's health. 

Countless men pass away every day from mental health issues. We don't know how to talk about the things that get us down. Or are too proud or stubborn to reach out for help. The man stood right next to you could be struggling, in desperate need of help. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can to the charity, and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.

And if you can't sponsor then please take the time to reach out to your male friends and loved ones to ask them if they are ok. I mean REALLY ok!
