I'm Riding for fun

On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow women and a few chaps like me.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons: They need to get their butts off of that sofa and their hands off of that beer can... for at least a few hours a day. Go to the track, go play with your kids, go for a walk, go for a run. Just don't scroll mindlessly, sitting on your bu**.
