I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

On Sunday May 19, 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in Fargo. We are joining with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for men's mental health and prostate cancer on behalf of Movember. 

Sadly, men account for nearly 80% of all suicides. This is personal for me in that five years ago I lost a close friend. We need to do something about this.

So, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for this by donating to my ride. My goal is to raise $1,000. All I need is 200 of my friends to give a minimum of $5 each. Will you please help me and become a part of this meaningful cause to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
