As an advocate for mental and men's health, and a clear modern classic motorcycle enthusiast, the distinguished gentleman's ride is a no brainer. No matter who you are or where you are, check in and talk with your friends and go ride this year. 

If you are struggling or just want some help, reach out to your loved ones or the incredible folks in this community. I wear my story on my sleeves now, but for a long time, I focused what little energy I had into my motorcycles. I've learned how much easier life can be when you trust the ones around you to help, just as you expect them to trust you when they need the help. 

What's great about DGR is the connection of these two things. If you can't talk, that's okay. We can ride. And if you can talk, then we do that when the ride is done. There's space for anyone who needs it in this community, and I'll always do my best to be available for anyone who needs help. 

We are okay. We will be alright. And we will be better. Together.

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Friday 4th Apr 2025 On Sunday the 18th of May 2025, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
