Thursday 18th Apr 2024My Buddy Jason.
Jason was a lot of different things to a lot of different people. All those things were wonderful.
I am participating in this years DGR to bring awareness of Men’s mental health. I recently lost 2 friends to suicide. Both were different circumstances, but the same rooted depression. Jason and JP left a lasting impression on me that no matter how much you can give back to the community, how much you can volunteer, there needs to be awareness for all of us. Our friends Jason and JP had the absolute best in the friends that were there and willing to step in and help. Did we do enough. No. But its hard to say if we could have done anything else to change the outcomes.
I spent many days and nights with these two wonderful people. Had adventures, quiet nights, loud parties. Amazing memories. I miss them terribly. I want everyone to know that time is precious, and losing loved ones can send you down the same path. Be as supportive as you can, but also remember you are important to keep healthy as well. We have to put the oxygen mask on ourselves first to be able to assist with the other passengers of life.
I am participating in this to bring as much awareness to Men’s Mental health as I can. I know what it looks like from the outside and from the inside. We all need to check in with those friends we haven’t touched base with in a while. Sometimes its those little things that can make big differences.
Someday Jason, we are taking the Impala to Woody Creek, then on to Ketchum to discuss the great literary minds of the 20th century.
“Buy the ticket, take the ride...and if it occasionally gets a little heavier than what you had in mind, well...maybe chalk it up to forced consciousness expansion: Tune in, freak out, get beaten.”

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
Thursday 28th Mar 2024 On Sunday the 19th of May 2024, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives. My Sponsors
