Forever Two Wheels

In typical Mikey fashion, I've picked up a new hobby on two wheels and I've decided to utilise it for positive purposes. I'm joining the Distinguished Gentlethems Ride in Tamaki this year to help raise funds for both men's mental health and for prostate cancer. As a nurse practitioner working closely with a focus on mental and physical health I am always trying to weave my professional life with my hobbies.

Get your prostate checked, get your PSA levels checked, check in with your mates to make sure they're doing well, stop stigmatising any mental health issues (that means stop schizophrenia joke), and support a society based on support, hope, and inclusion, not on profit, environmental devestation, and superiority.
