DGR 2024.

Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (DGR) 2024.

2024 will be my second Year particpating in DGR Ride as a Pillion, alongside Shaun!

In 2023, we paticipated in the Southern Highlands Ride, this was Shaun & I's first DGR.

The DGR stuck out to us as it raises funds & awareness for Mens Mental Health & Mens Prostate Cancer. Both Mens Mental Health & Prostate Cancer has impacted on our Families lives.

Late 2022, we lost Michael Avis (Shauns Dad, My Father In-Law) due to Mental Health. In Early 2023, my Dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer.

We will ride to rember those we have lost & those we are still lucky to have with us.

We will also ride to raise awareness, raise vital funds.

Looking forward to 2024's ride & many more DGR's to come. Lets Suit Up & Ride.... xox

I'm Riding for Men's Health in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride

Saturday 20th May 2023 On Sunday the 21st of May 2023, I'm riding in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember. Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
